Registration Dates:
Registration for the 2013 Season will be held at the Port Coquitlam Arena, 2150 Wilson Avenue in the Mabbet Room.

January 12th / 9am – 1pm
January 26th / 9am – 1pm
February 9th / 9am – 1pm

Please make sure you bring your;

proof of residency
birth certificate
medical card for your child
Two cheques payable to the PCMLA (Registration Payment by Cash and Visa also accepted). “No registration payment fees to be postdated beyond February 28.”

2. one for Uniform/Goalie Deposit (may be post dated to August 1, 2013 - cheque will not be cashed if uniform/gear is returned at the end of season.
  DEPOSIT AMOUNTS: Jersey deposit is $100.00, Goalie Gear deposit is $1000.00
3. The birth year for division placement are as follows:
All Players must have a signed waiver separate from the registration form.

"If a tax receipt is required, please advise at time of registration. All tax receipts will be issued by February 28 for the previous tax year."

3 or more Player's per family; Families registering 3 or more players will be permitted to reduce 1 registration cost by 50%. First Time Playing Lacrosse; First time player's to any divisions only pay $125.00. (applies to all divisions) Refund Policy; Refunds of registration fees must be applied for in writing to the club registrar and are; Full refund, upon written receipt of request prior to playing any organized team event (ie practices/tryouts/evaluations) Full refund, less $50, prior to participating in any practices/evaluations or playing first game. (Exhibition, tiering or season) Full refund, less $50, up to two weeks into season with medical reasons. (Proof of condition must be provided by doctor) No refund after season start. Please allow 30 days for processing all refunds

KidsSport ™ British Columbia Chapter

KidSport™ Canada is a national not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance for registration fees and equipment to kids aged 18 and under. Through a confidential application process we provide grants so they can play a season of sport. One of our primary goals is to support our network of 11 provincial/territorial KidSport chapters and 177 community KidSport chapters across Canada in their fundraising and sport activities.
